Individualised exercise therapy completed in one on one sessions or group-based sessions to help you use exercise as a therapy and in general, exercise with confidence. Sessions take into account current treatment, side effects and most importantly goals and are run by specialist oncology trained exercise physiologists. Home or external programs can be written if suitable.
