Sally Feeling so good about yourself and the next day just it's pretty much hitting you and having to really think okay well I really need to listen to my body
Glenda Using a mop or listening to your body vacuum cleaner I can't do that lift things I try to make things easier for myself like well getting somebody come in and do the stuff and with my lymph nodes the massage

Aunty Pam Look after yourself you know just look after yourself generally and eat well eat good
Natasha I was very prepared of the fact that I needed to rest at times when needed I also was very aware of eating much more healthier like even more so because your immunity is compromised
Leah I think exercise is really eat good for the mind if you can get out and go for a walk and just get out with nature I think that's really important
Aunty Pam What helped me all the way through and even now is exercise is the most important to keep going you know keep doing some stretching go swimming
Lilah The doctors used to say you Exercise know nurses even said don't try to sleep too much you know and go for your daily walks always exercise it's good for you
Natasha If I needed to go for a walk I needed to get up and go for a walk when I needed to and just you know and if I couldn't answer the phone then I couldn't answer the phone
